How do I place an order?
If your item to be ordered come in different colors or sizes, remember to choose your correct color and size before you click "Add to Cart". You will  then be directed to our Cart page to review your order item (s). When confirmed correct, please proceed to "Enter your Shipping Address" to process your order.

Can I purchase multiple products in a single order?
Yes, you can choose as many items as you like. Just click" Add to Cart" and go back to the page you are interested in and click "Add to Cart" on that item as well before you proceed to "Enter your Shipping Address" to finalize your order.

Can I ship a product to an address that does not match my billing address?
Yes, definitely you can. During the checkout process, please enter any Shipping Address and specify a different Billing Address.

How do I know that my order is confirmed?
Immediately after you placed an order, you will receive an email notification at the email address you have provided during checkout process. Also, if you have provided a mobile phone number you will receive a notification text message confirming your order.

Do I need to have an account with you to place an order?
No,absolutely not. Accounts are totally optional.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit card payment.
You can also pay via Paypal if you so wishes.
All our payments are secured and trusted.

Why am I charged before my order has shipped?
We work closely with our secured payment provider and they automatically and securely process your order immediately after it is being placed.

What if I like to add or modify the contents of my order?
If you want to add more items to your order, please place a new additional order. We do not store your credit card information so we are not in a position to process any change made after an order is placed.

How do I cancel an order?
We process orders as quickly as possible so any cancellation is time sensitive. Cancellations are only accepted within 60 minutes of order placement.
We do not encourage any cancellation. If for any reason you do need to reach out to us, please drop us an email, hairgrowkit003@gmail.com. We shall respond immediately.

Where do Hair Grow Kit shipped?
We provide Free Shipping to more than 200 countries and regions.

When will I get my order?
Please note we require 3 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before we can arrange for dispatch. As soon as your order is shipped, we shall notify you. Depending on the country or region, estimated delivery time is 15 to 30 business days. Do consider any holidays that might affect delivery time. Rest assured we will try to ship out your order as soon as possible.
